1.) Vaseline & Socks:
Massage a thick cream into your heels and slip on cozy socks! When you wake up~ TA-DA!
2.) Sleep Like A Queen:
Investing in a silk pillowcase will reduce frizzy hair and keep your coiffure in perfect condition.
3.) Side Sleepers Beware!
Sleeping on your back supported by two pillows will reduce puffiness in your eyes, as well as fine lines.
4.) Braids:
As everyone should know, braiding hair before bed and undoing it in the morning will result in waves. If you want your waves to last all day, flat iron them (in braids still), then brush through, spray with a light hold hairspray as well as texturing spray, and voila!
5.) Hair Mask:
Another thing to do before bed is apply a hair mask and cover your head in a shower cap! Just rinse it out the morning, and your hair will be soooo soft.
6.) Cuticle Cream:
If you're experiencing dry hands, apply a cuticle cream to your nail beds and slip on gloves.
7.) In-Depth Moisture:
I think I could write a whole lecture about why sleeping with a humidifier is the best thing ever! It really seals in moisture better than any oil, cream, or lotion.
8.) Lackluster Lashes:
If you want your lashes to be thicker, take a q-tip or an old and clean mascara brush, and apply castor oil.
9.) Pearly Whites:
Apply a baking soda paste to your teeth. Of course you can do this during the day, but you'd have to wait an hour until you drink or eat again. This paste shouldn't be applied too often, otherwise it'll break down tooth enamel. The paste should also be on for a maximum of 6 minutes.
10.) Kissable Lips:
For kissable lips, exfoliate before bed and apply an overnight balm- I really love C.O. & Bigelow's My Favorite Might Balm. I've been using it for a couple years and it works like a dream!
Have a lovely day!
