You stretch- in your chair! Stretching releives tension, leaving you more efficient. By stretching, you're giving your brain and break and helping your body.
First, wiggle those digits and roll your wrists! Carpal tunnel isn't a great thing to have! Flex your feet if possible.
Second, you'll want to tilt your head to the right, roll it in a half-circle in the back, then stretch it to the left, rolling it to the front this time.
Roll your shoulders as well. :)
